Cause: the clearance between intake and exhaust valve and rocker arm is incorrect; Improper valve timing; The valve spring is damaged; Carbon seal leakage on valve surface; The air filter is blocked; The exhaust pipe and muffler have serious carbon deposition and poor exhaust.
Treatment: check and adjust to the specified clearance; Check and readjust the valve timing; Replace the valve spring; Remove the carbon deposit and grind the valve; Clean the air filter; Remove carbon deposits.
2. The diesel generator set cannot generate the specified power due to insufficient compression pressure
Cause: the tight part between cylinder head and engine body leaks. When the cylinder head changes speed and the air flow rushes out of the gasket, the large nut of the cylinder head becomes loose. The cylinder head gasket is damaged. The piston ring is stuck, the valve rod is not flexible, the cylinder head injector hole leaks, the copper washer of the injector tight cap is damaged, and the plane of the injector hole is not clean; The interface between fuel injector and fuel injector is lost.
Treatment method: check the joint surface between cylinder head and body, replace cylinder gasket, clean and repair. Replace the gasket; Clean the valve seat hole; Tighten the fuel injector cover or grind the flat surface.
